Kids at the Patio accepts the following payments:

  • Card payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay.
  • Cash on delivery is ONLY available in Dubai 

DELIVERY DETAILS

Kids at the Patio only delivers throughout the UAE. For GCC and rest of the World please drop us a message to info@kidsathepatio.com

Alternatively you might PICK IT UP FREE OF CHARGE from our storage facility from Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 4pm at the following location:

Sentinel Warehouse # 3 26th St - Al Quoz Industrial Area 4 - Dubai

  • DELIVERY TIME 2-3 WORKING DAYS
  • UAE Orders over AED 300 are FREE of charge
  • DUBAI Order below AED 300 are AED 23
  • REST OF THE EMIRATES Order below AED 300 are AED 25 
  • VAT 5% is included in all UAE orders

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding national holidays in the UAE.

RETURN & REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns

Kids at the Patio has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kidsathepatio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is charged AED 20 if Kids at the Patio arrange a courier collection of a returned item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for faulty products). 

The customer may also return any unused items directly to our warehouse - this is free of charge. 

 We will send you a credit note to purchase on the store.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kidsathepatio.com

 

Refunds

Kids at the Patio doesn´t accept refunds unless exceptional circumstances occur.

In that case, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or alternately we will send you a credit note.

 

 

 Shipping on returns & exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item AED 20 not applicable on damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for faulty products). 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalized items or baby gift baskets).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
