How do I place an order with Kids at the Patio?Browse our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING & RETURNS
Which kind of payment do you accept?At the moment, Kids at the Patio only only accept cash-on-delivery (COD) payments. Full cashless, digital payment options will be added soon. We´ll keep you updated.
Where do you deliver and How much do you charge for delivery?Right now we deliver in UAE. Delivery takes 2-3 days but we can also accommodate urgent/quick deliveries in some cases so please get in touch with us.
Delivery is charged at 23AED for Dubai and free for orders of 300AED+.
Alternatively you might pick it up free of charge from our storage facility from Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 4pm in the following location:

Can you ship internationally?At this time we do not offer international shipping, only local delivery.

Can I return an item?Kids at the Patio has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer is charged AED 20 if Kids at the Patio arrange a courier collection of a returned item without damage. The customer may also return any unused items directly to our warehouse - this is free of charge.
We'll send you a credit note to purchase on the store.
Can I exchange an item?The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Which is your shipping policy on returns & exchanges?You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item AED 20 not applicable on damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except for faulty products). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Which size should I buy, help with finding the right size?Most products will have a size guide picture within the product page. The size guides will contain measurements for various parts of the item. From this, you can measure against another of your currently owned items and compare for best fit.
